Care information
Our flowers and foliage are delivered directly from the farm in their original packaging. For optimal quality, we recommend 3-4 hours of conditioning upon arrival, as item may be selected from the latest fresh shipments received on the delivery day.
Flower Care Tips:
- Unwrap your flower and trim stems at 45-degree angle
- Fill your vase with clean water
- Add flower food to the water to extend flower life
- Change water every 3 days
- Keep flowers in a cool spot

For Christmas Tree:
Ji Mei Flower endeavors to deliver all Christmas trees by your preferred date. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may affect delivery. Customers will be notified 5 days in advance should there be any changes to the delivery schedule. Delivery starts 16 November 2023.
For All Other Products:
Order before 4pm for next day delivery. Please contact our customer service at +65 9725 5860 should you need to change your delivery.
