I just received my flowers/plants, but they appear wilted or damaged. What should I do?
Your flowers and plants should arrive fresh, though they may appear slightly dehydrated after transportation.
For fresh flowers, a quick fix is to trim the stems, place them in clean water, and gently mist the blooms. You can also refer to our Flower & Plant Care Guide for more specific care tips.
If, however, your flowers or plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us immediately via email at ecommerce@jm.com.sg or WhatsApp at +65 9725 5860, and we’ll assist you promptly.

A confirmation email with your order details will be sent to you immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as it may have been automatically sorted there.

1. Defective Items:
- Perishable Items (Flowers and Plants): For defects in perishable items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, along with supporting images. We will facilitate an exchange for the defective item.
- Non-Perishable Items (Pots and Soil): For defects in non-perishable items, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the item, along with supporting images. We will facilitate an exchange for the defective item.
Note: We regret to inform you that we are unable to process exchanges or returns for notifications received after the specified timeframes (24 hours for perishable items and 72 hours for non-perishable items).
2. Items ineligible for Exchange or Return:
- Perishable items (flowers and plants) beyond 24 hours from the time of receipt.
- Non-perishable items (pots and soil) beyond 72 hours from the time of receipt.
- Items that have been used or show signs of use.
- Promotional items.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:

6. Liability for Non-Delivery or Late Delivery
We will not be liable for any damages or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from non-delivery or late delivery of orders, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided in the order.
- The recipient not being present at the address specified on the scheduled delivery date and timeslot.
- Rejection of delivery at the point of delivery.
