What if I do not receive an order confirmation via email?
A confirmation email with your order details will be sent to your email, as soon as your order is submitted. If you do not receive this confirmation within one hour of placing your order, we kindly invite you to WhatsApp us at +65 9725 5860 during our office hours to confirm the progress of your order. Do check your spam or junk mail folder, just in case the confirmation email was automatically sorted as spam.

Return and Refund

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should submit your request within 24 hours upon delivery of your flowers and is subjected to a mandatory review by our Customer Support team. If refund is approve, the refund process will take 3-5 working days.Â
All returns are subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in its original purchase condition.
- Please contact us within 1 day from date of delivery to initiate return.

We exclusively offer delivery only within Singapore, we do not provide international shipping options.

We accept credit card (Master/Visa), mobile payments (DBS Paylah!, PayNow, OCBC Pay Anyone), PayPal and cheque for corporate accounts.

We are unable to promise delivery requests for a specific time as this is subjected to our drivers' availability, route and delivery schedule.
I just received my flowers / plants and they are wilting / spoilt. What should I do?
I just received my flowers / plants and they are wilting / spoilt. What should I do?
Your flowers/ plants should arrive fresh, but may be slightly dehydrated due to transportation. This is a quick fix for fresh flowers – just trim the stems, replace the water in a clean vase, and give the blooms a gentle mist of water.
However, if in the unlikely situation that your flowers/ plants arrive damaged or in a poor condition, please email us at ecommerce@jm.com.sg or Whatsapp us at +65 9725 5860 immediately!
