Our flowers and foliage are delivered directly from the farm in their original packaging. For optimal quality, we recommend 3-4 hours of conditioning upon arrival, as item may be selected from the latest fresh shipments received on the delivery day.

I ordered loads of tulips for flower arrangements for a party. They arrived in good time, and looked stunning! Some yellow tulips were missing in the first delivery (they had been replaced with fresher orange ones), but I really wanted yellow. I contacted Customer Service, and they sent me photos of all the fresh yellow flowers to choose from, and they quickly arranged a delivery of the bright yellow flowers. Was so impressed. Thank you so much!

Very impressed by their customer service :) Ordered delivery and it was well delivered! However, encountered an issue where JM only texted me about the exchange in flower types (due to unavailability) after they had already delivered. I was unhappy with the substitutes, and offered to return the flowers so as to get a refund instead. They kindly told me that I can keep the flowers and they would refund me anyway Impressed by their customer service and how they were accommodating to my requests and willing to solve the problem in this way. The flowers were largely in good condition, however there were some roses & eustomas that were a little bit rotten / browning! But generally still ok But advise you to order the flowers a day in advance to give yourself leeway to buy flowers that they may unexpectedly run out of stock / not deliver in good condition!
