Exchange, Returns & Refunds

At Ji Mei Flower, our aim is your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please see the following for details on exchange, return and refund.

1. Exchange, Returns & Refunds:

  • Defective Item:
  1. For perishable items such as flowers and plants, kindly notify us of any defects within 24 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by supporting images sent via email or WhatsApp. We will make arrangement for exchange of the defective item.
  2. For non-perishable items such as pots and soil, kindly notify us of any defects within 72 hours of receiving the item, accompanied by supporting images sent via email or WhatsApp. We will make arrangement for exchange of the defective item.
  3. Please note that for communication to us after the specified timeframes in above #1 (24 hours) and #2 (72 hours) from the time of receipt, we regretfully are unable to accommodate exchange or refund.
  • Unavailability of Item: Should any item become unavailable, we will contact you to discuss suitable alternatives. If you do not agree with the suggested substitute, we will process a refund.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Item Delivered: Should you receive an item that is different from your order or if your delivery is incomplete, please contact us and we will schedule delivery of the correct item.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are ineligible for exchange or refund, including:

  • Perishable items such as flowers and plants beyond 24 hours from the time of receiving your delivery/collection
  • Non-perishable items such as pots and soil beyond 72 hours from the time of receiving your delivery/collection
  • Items that have been used or show signs of use
  • Promotional items

Refund will be processed via the original method of payment used for the initial purchase. Please note that refund may take up to 7 working days to appear on your credit card statement.
