Delivery Information

The following information is applicable for orders placed online:

Delivery Schedule

• We deliver Monday to Sunday, including public holiday
• Order before 4pm for Next Day Delivery
• Delivery timeslots are 10am - 2pm and 2pm - 6pm
• Delivery timeslots will be subjected to changes during festive periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. 

 
Delivery Fee

• Standard Delivery is $8.00 (inclusive of GST) per trip.
• Festive Surcharge may apply during festive periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
• In the event that two items of different delivery fee are added to cart, the higher delivery fee will be applied at checkout.
• Our Festive Delivery Fee Schedule is as follow:

Self Collection

• Self-collection of orders will be at 5 Joan Road Singapore 298898. Please collect your order on the selected date and time. If you would like to amend your collection date, please email us at ecommerce@jm.com.sg or whatsapp us at +65 9725 5860 and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
