Delivery Information

The following information is applicable for orders placed online:

Delivery Schedule

• We deliver Monday to Sunday, including public holiday
• Order before 12pm for Same Day Delivery
• Delivery timeslots are 10am - 2pm and 2pm - 6pm
• Delivery timeslots will be subjected to changes during festive periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. 

 
Delivery Fee

• Standard Delivery is $9.00 (inclusive of GST) per trip. This is for flowers and up to 3 plants / soil products delivery.
• Plant Plus Delivery is $15.00 (inclusive of GST) per trip. This is for flowers and more than 4 plants / soil products delivery.
• Festive Surcharge may apply during festive periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Self Collection

• Self-collection of orders will be at 5 Joan Road Singapore 298898. Please collect your order on the selected date and time. If you would like to amend your collection date, please email us at ecommerce@jm.com.sg or whatsapp us at +65 9725 5860 and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
