Delivery Information

The following information is applicable for orders placed online:

Delivery Schedule

  • Days of Operation: We deliver every day of the week, including public holiday
  • Same Day Delivery: Available from Monday to Saturday. Please place your order before 12pm for same day delivery.
  • Delivery Timeslots: 10am - 2pm and 2pm - 6pm
  • Festive Delivery Timeslots: Please note that delivery timeslots may vary during festive periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.

 
Delivery Fee

  • Standard Delivery: $9.00 (inclusive of GST) per trip. This covers flowers and up to 3 plants or soil products.
  • Plant Plus Delivery: $15.00 (inclusive of GST) per trip. This covers flowers and more than 4 plants or soil products.
  • Festive Delivery Surcharge: Additional charges may apply during festive periods such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day.
  • Redelivery Fee: If a redelivery is required due to the recipient being unavailable or incorrect delivery information provided, an additional fee of $18.00 (inclusive of GST) will be charged per trip.

Self Collection

  • Self-collection of orders will be at 5 Joan Road Singapore 298898. Please collect your order on the selected date and time. If you would like to amend your collection date, please email us at ecommerce@jm.com.sg or whatsapp us at +65 9725 5860 and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
