Christmas Tree Exchange Policy:

Exchange Terms

Exchange period starts from time of delivery or self collection.
Grab & Go Christmas Trees: Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours.
Full Service Christmas Trees: Exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days.
Each purchased tree is eligible for one exchange only.
Exchange will generally be for the same tree type and size, subject to stock availability.
If the same tree type or size is unavailable, JM Flower may offer a comparable alternative or store credit.
JM Flower may require the original tree to be returned or collected before the replacement is issued.
Replacement trees may be self-collected. If delivery is requested, the applicable delivery charge will apply.

What Is Not Covered

Natural variations in shape, colour, fullness, branch spacing or minor cosmetic imperfections.
Normal needle shedding associated with a fresh-cut Christmas tree.
Damage or deterioration caused by insufficient watering, heat exposure or unsuitable placement.
Change of mind or preference after acceptance
