- Flowers and plants are products of nature; hence, the sizes, shapes, colours and availability may vary.
- Cancellation has to be made 24 hours in advance of the delivery date.
Returns and Refunds
- If our products have not met your expectation and you would like to return and request for a refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +65 6285 0017.
- Ji Mei Flower endeavor to respond to all email enquiry within 2 working days.
Ji Mei Flower Pte Ltd (www.jm.com.sg) endeavours to deliver all orders at customers’ selected date and timeslot. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to deliver within the requested timeslot. Our customer service will be in touch to reschedule another delivery date to your convenience.
We will not be liable for any damages or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly from non-delivery or late delivery of orders including but not limited to:
- Incorrect delivery address and contact details specified in the order
- Recipient not at the address provided at the specified delivery date and timeslot
- Delivery was rejected at point of delivery
Limitation of Liability
In the event of any mishap or unsatisfactory delivery of the purchased products, Ji Mei Flower Pte Ltd’s liability shall be limited to the price paid by the customer. Ji Mei Flower Pte Ltd shall not be liable for all compensation including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential and/or incidental loss of profits, contracts, and revenues.
