Fresh Flowers Subscription FAQs

What will I receive when I subscribe?
We will pick and deliver fresh flowers in their original packaging (usually wrapped in plastic or waxed paper) once they arrived at our nursery. Flowers does not come in an arranged form. Have fun trimming and arranging them for your space! Let your creative juices flow!

Can I pause my flower subscription?
If you are going away on a holiday or would like to take some time off from the subscription, please email us at 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery. We will be happy to resume the service when you are ready. 

Can I change a scheduled delivery date?
Yes of course. Please email us at should you like to reschedule a delivery.

Can I change the delivery address?
Free delivery for the fresh flower subscription package is for one registered address. Should you like to change the registered address, the change will only be activated for the following month’s subscription. Please email us at for an address update.
