Fresh Flowers Subscription FAQs
What will I receive when I subscribe?
If you're our first time subscriber, your flower arrangement will arrive in your free vase on the first delivery. For subsequent deliveries and repeat subscriber, flowers will arrive arranged and hand tied. Have fun with the flowers adding colors to your space!
Can I pause my flower subscription?
If you are going away on a holiday or would like to take some time off from the subscription, please email us at ecommerce@jm.com.sg 3 days prior to your scheduled delivery. We will be happy to resume the service when you are ready.
Can I change a scheduled delivery date?
Yes of course. Please email us at ecommerce@jm.com.sg should you like to reschedule a delivery.
Can I change the delivery address?
Free delivery for the fresh flower subscription package is for one registered address. Should you like to update your registered address, please email us at ecommerce@jm.com.sg.
