Get fresh flowers delivered in its original packaging direct from your local wholesaler to your home and office weekly, so that you may arrange these seasonal blooms as a self-care treat, or to beautify your living and work area. You may also choose to gift a subscription (minimum 4 weeks) to brighten someone’s day!

Subscribe and get your flowers at up to 20% discount off retail price. First time subscribers will receive a starter kit which includes a decorative vase, pruning shears, and flower food.

Fresh Flowers Subscription FAQs

What will I receive when I subscribe?
We will deliver the freshest flowers from Ji Mei Flower in their original packaging (usually wrapped in plastic or waxed paper). Flowers will not come in an arranged form. Have fun trimming and arranging them for your space! Let your creative juices flow!

Flower Sub FAQ

What is the payment arrangement like?
When you select "ongoing until cancelled" for our fresh flower subscription service, your card will be charged for the first week of subscription and thereafter a weekly recurring charge will be activated. 

How do I cancel my flower subscription?
While we hope that our flowers will give you joy as much as we love sending them to you, should you like to terminate your flower subscription, please provide notice of at least 5 working days prior to your next subscription cycle. Termination is only applicable after a minimum of 4 weeks subscription.

Can I pause my flower subscription?
If you are going away on a holiday or would like to take some time off from the subscription, do notify us at least 5 working days prior to your scheduled delivery. However, do note that subscriptions are payable for 4 weeks flower deliveries, and while we will be happy to resume the service when you are ready, we are unable to refund any part of the pre-paid amount.

Can I change a scheduled delivery date?
Subscribers may select recurring weekly delivery on their preferred day and time. Please email us 3 working days in advance at ecommerce@jm.com.sg should you like to reschedule a delivery.

Can I change the delivery address?
Free delivery for the fresh flower subscription package is for one registered address on your account. Should you like to change the registered address, the change will only be activated for the following month’s subscription. Do contact us for address update.
